Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order before it is shipped or dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, contact us as early as possible at jettrianjewellery@gmail.com or +91 75999 55547 with your Order ID.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to your bank / payment provider.
- Cash on Delivery orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch do not require any refund since no payment was collected.
Refunds for Returned Orders
Refunds against approved returns (see our Return & Exchange Policy) are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges, if any, and COD handling fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a wrong or damaged item shipped by us.
Failed / Duplicate Payments
If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed on our Site, or if you have been charged twice for the same order, please email jettrianjewellery@gmail.com with the transaction reference. Failed payments are usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days.
