Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to purchase from our Site.
Products & Descriptions
Jettrian Jewellery sells artificial (imitation) jewellery. Product colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings and photography. Minor variations in size, weight and finish are inherent to handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund of any amount charged.
- Order confirmation via email, SMS or on-screen does not guarantee acceptance until dispatch.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods: Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

User Accounts

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
