Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Standard delivery timeline is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier partner.
  • Remote locations and non-serviceable PIN codes may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown transparently on the checkout page before payment.
  • Cash on Delivery may involve an additional handling fee where applicable, which will also be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details on your registered email and mobile number. You can also contact our support team for any tracking assistance.

Delivery Address

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including PIN code and a reachable mobile number.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered (due to wrong address, non-availability or refusal to accept the parcel), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply for prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery orders that are refused or repeatedly returned may be blocked from future COD purchases.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at jettrianjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging.
