Return Window
- You may raise a return or exchange request within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Eligible Cases
Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product different from what you ordered.
- The product was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- The product delivered is significantly different from the description on the Site.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, invoice or accessories.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Minor variations in colour, finish or size that are inherent to handcrafted artificial jewellery.
How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request
- Email us at jettrianjewellery@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your Order ID, product name and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 2 business days.
- Please do not ship the item back without approval — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse standard return shipping charges.
- For other approved returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested product. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or process a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refund on Returns
Once your returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
